I ordered some dog food on 10th May 2023 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Having waited for 2-3 weeks I contacted Customer Services via email (whenever I phone there’s always an American accented message saying all call handlers are busy) and was assured that they would contact the warehouse and make sure my order was shipped and I would then receive a tracking number. So far NOTHING. It is now almost a month after I placed my order. I like to support smaller businesses but I certainly wouldn’t recommend using this business, which is so disappointing
