Failed to fulfill order, after some 20 odd days sent me a dispatch notification, some days later i had still not received any tracking information, i requested a refund for the order, which should be with me at the end of this week. (Some 37 days after original order was placed)
In the absence of stock, the right thing to do would have been to notify the buyer and invite them to purchase other items from the site up to the value of stock you were no longer able to supply at price advertised or offer a refund, what actually happened was weeks of silence, and my first communications ignored.
10/10 would avoid in future
