Awful company - my advice would be to steer well clear of them. My elderly mother placed an online order for cat food to the value of over £60 and it didn't arrive. The customer services phone is NEVER answered so I e-mailed them. They promised a refund and we waited patiently but it never arrived. Almost TWENTY e-mails followed with promises of a refund which never materialized. A lady on a pension can't afford to lose that amount of money so in desperation I got the bank involved and finally, FOUR MONTHS later, we got mums money back. Please think twice before using them.
