While I appreciated email updates, delivery was very slow. Well packaged BUT I really don't like the dog bed I bought as the stuffing seems very inadequate. My older dog refuses to lie on it as its way too soft for her at 35kg even though its a bed for an extra large dog. When my puppy lies on it the filling puffs up round her but she is lying on the floor underneath her body as filling is patchy. I understand this is bad for joints.
Disappointed as it was very expensive.
And I need to source another bed now.
