Customer service is atrocious. Full of lies. I dealt with ‘Amy’ and once I questioned a few things she started to ignore my replies.
Order never arrived and when contact is made they fob you off saying they will chase the order. They email again to say the tracking information will follow and it never does. They then don’t respond to requests of refunds, just sends an automated reply that your query will be dealt with within 2 working days, yet the response nor refund comes
Don’t waste your money using this company!!!!
