I had placed an order with my main reason being for some raw food that my new puppy had been raised on. When my order arrived this was not in the order, I then had to call to query this, I was advised that they don’t ship that type of food for amounts under 8 kg!
This should be stated at the outset as it would have saved me placing the order. I was told they would refund me for the raw food that was never delivered but I am still waiting on that. Which means I will have to waste further time following that up as well. It was a disappointing transaction.
