I ordered dog food on 15th September 2023. I then received a "sorry there's a delay in your order" email on 22nd September. Having still not received the goods by 27th September, I asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded the £51.80. I received an email from "Tom" with the standard/automated response that my order had been cancelled and refund would take place in 5-10 days time. This never happened, where I have sent a number of reminder emails asking for my refund, where I simply receive the same automated response. At the time of writing it is now 26th October! Given this disgusting level of service, I have subsequently carried out some research to find that I am clearly not alone. Having to give this company 1 star to write this review is an outrage and I can only hope that mine (and everyone else's) review can prevent others from being ripped off by this morally corrupt company.
