DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE!!! They say all the right things but that is all they do. Placed an order for dog food 5 weeks ago. They sent the right emails confirming the order and delivery details and even emailed me to apologise that I had not received my order and they would resend the order out but still nothing and not even replying to my emails requesting a refund. How can they live with themselves especially in times like now when people are financially struggling or are they just relying on people getting their money back through their banks?? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE.
