On November,17th 2024, I received an email from Portugal immigration to prepare the documents and get ready for my biometric ID card appointment. I have been waiting for one year and a half for this opportunity. On November,19th, I paid Notary24 569 euros for my criminal record apostille. It's a very pricey rate but I believe good reviews on website. On November, 21st, Sweden Police Department sent out my criminal record On November, 22nd, I paid Notary24 165 euros for express service and express delivery. On November, 29th, I emailed your company. Staff said not received yet. On December, 10th, I must go to Portugal for IDcard appointment. I didn't have my criminal record to present to the immigration. In the morning of December ,10th, I chatted with Notary24 lawyer. I said tell me whether your company received it or not. So I could move on to the next step. I was planning to reorder my criminal record and send to a different apostille company. I can't trust this company any longer. Lawyer said he would tell his team to check. A few hours later, staff emailed me he got my criminal record. Staff failed to check if my criminal record was delivered. I wasted my money, my time and my opportunity. Notary24 offers to give 50 euros cashback if I write good review. Meaning reviews on its website are screened and unreal. Don't trust them!
