I've tried several Netflix downloaders and all of them have malfunctioned. Worse, when you try to contact the support team, they only send you useless automatic replies. NoteBurner has also malfunctioned before but the support team really tried to fix the problem as much as they can, which I appreciate a lot. Hope it keeps doing so.
