I initially used their Spotify music converter. To my surprise, I was able to convert Spotify music to my computer with a free account and I was satisfied with the quality of the converted music. Then I saw the Netflix video downloader on their website, and I tried it again. I finally found a way to download Netflix videos to my USB drive so I can watch them offline whenever I want. So far, I've had a great experience with these two programs on their site, so I'm here to show my support.
