I have tried cheaper omega 3 from local health shop, but I keep coming back to Nothing Fishy,.because I know the algae is sustainably grown and has not gone through a fish. No fish have been harmed for me to get the omega 3 in my diet..and as am verging on veganism.. is ideal for me and no guilt in taking it.
