I really love the product.
I’d ideally like to purchase it as a one off rather than paying a subscription. I was struggling to find where on the website I could do this and concluded that The only way I could purchase it was to take out a subscription. So I did- and then cancelled it after the product arrived - which was a frustrating way of buying something!
