I'm only just in to my second month so it's still early days. So far I've seen a good improvement in my skin and my hair is beginning to feel more like hair again. I'm very hopeful that I will see more positive results as time goes on. Definitely the best Omega 3 that I've tried. Very happy thank you :) x
