I've been taking the nothingfishy supplements consistently for nearly two months and I haven't had a cold since! Previously I was taking vitabiotics for 2 months and was getting sick over the summer. It's worth paying a bit more money on nothingfishy to keep my immune system strong especially during the winter months when the colds are lurking about.
