I have been taking the bundle of omega, sea moss, and vitamin D for about 9 months and hope that they are doing me good! I have remained positive during the dark winter months - not low due to a lack of sunlight, my stomach is less bloated where I used to suffer with trapped wind and pain, and I passed my eye test with flying colours..(I am 50).
