Excellent service, assistance and knowledge. Drum kit - yes you'd expect them to know about that, Drum kit to Malawi - well that's maybe a little more unusual, but they rose with enthusiasm to the challenge, assisting with packing, re-packing, weighing etc. happy to work with my 15 year old son to complete the task. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Very experienced, clearly know the kit as well as having played it and played it on tour. We had visited about 6 different specialist music stores in different UK cities and this was by far the best. next time I'll have to remember to ask for VAT receipt!
