The level of help and expertise was extremely impressive on both occasions. They listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the right kit, hardware and cases to meet my needs. No hard selling, just good advice. Having played drums for 45 years, I've been round more than my fair share of drum stores and can say without doubt that this is the best service I have had and all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was right too. Their selection of kits and percussion is also one of the best I have come across. I shall be back every time I need any more gear.
