I had first had the pumpkin lasagne, the cauliflower paella and the chicken masala with cauliflower rice. All three meals exceeded expectations. They all tasted like they were made with fresh ingredients and were all delicious. As an active person I felt like I was adequately fueled for my workouts, runs and swims but at the same time looked forward to opening the next meal. I would definitely continue to purchase meals from Nourishd and recommend it to anyone.
