Delivery was very good, even sending pictures of where they placed it. Packing was good and like you can recycle delivery box. I got a selection of gluten free meals to try first time. Happy to report no side effects so can attest to no contamination which as coeliac is very important. Overall Texture and flavour of meals unfortunately is where it falls down. Appreciate it is ready and can just heat up but when you have worked hard, 10hr shift to get watery, minimal flavour meals, it is not satisfying. If you can't or don't wish to cook and are coeliac in SA this is a good option as limited to no other options. If live in other states unfortunately I have had better. Liked the menu more for week A so have ordered more to try them again to give benefit of doubt which hopefully are better. Recommend the curries seem better for flavour, limited protein added in each meal. If this is something you require consider getting larger portion or trying elsewhere other sites that let you select protein size. Chicken had gristle and not chicken breast in 2 meals so wasn't enjoyable. Recommend nourish'd to review primal pad Thai and sweet potato bolognase as tweaks needed to improve overall texture and flavour and consider use of other vegetables as turns to mush when heated.
