Nourish'd has been a game-changer for us. Currently, my partner and I are juggling a busy workload in the construction industry with ridiculous overtime hours, on our TTC journey and renovating our home. It has been near impossible to get anything done once you add in life's general to-dos. The day to day stress was beginning to increase and something had to change. That's when we found Nourish'd. Nourish'd has given us back time to do the things we needed to get to but just didn't have time before but also ensuring we are having wholesome healthy lunches and dinners for the week sorted. It's such a great feeling knowing we don't have to think about what we are cooking tonight and has stopped the naughty takeaway meals we were relying on. We have been using Nourish'd now for around 6 weeks and we haven't had a bad meal yet. To add, I am GF & DF (purely a lifestyle choice due to inflammation) and they are just so delicious we look forward to our meals now and don't see dinner time as a chore when our life has so many other things going on right now.
