I just received my terminal and I called Novus pay to help set it up. I spoke to Fozia and she provided such amazing customer service. She was patient with me and walked me through every step. I have another terminal coming for my other business and she sent me through set up documents so that I could set it up when it comes. I told her that we were interested in the POS system in the future and she gave me great advice and options that have just come out. I will definitely reach out to Fozia when we are ready to set the POS system. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
