Our card machines ran into a problem earlier today. Fozia, on her day off, went above and beyond to ensure we had a replacement card machine within 90 minutes of first speaking to her. Saturdays are the busiest days in the week for us - we would have had to close if we did not receive the service that was provided by Fozia today. An asset to her team. Thank you 😊
