Love the poncho. Great thick fabric. Awesome colour. Disappointed with following the size guide ended up with the wrong size and had to reorder. Great service re the delivery turn around time. Unfortunately I had to pay tracked courier fee $15 to return the first order and then my refund was paid quickly but less the shipping fee $10 so the savings made on sale were lost and ended up costing more for the product
