Talked into a 3 year contract , took several months to get out of the business tariff and onto there domestic tariff, I am in credit by over a £1000.00 and still chasing a refund, poor service, kept on the phone for ages , they never seem to get my name right, overall the worst energy supplier I’ve ever had to deal with.
