I purchased two tires a couple of weeks ago. They inspected and recommended I replace the other two tires due to unusual wear indicative of a bad wheel alignment. The tires in question were purchased from NTB 10 months ago and with a wheel alignment being performed. They now state the wear on my tires are due to my car (Maserati), stating this occurs with my car even though an alignment is within spec, and literally stated I would need to purchase tires every year. I found the paperwork from my alignment and the "after" results were NOT within specs. Rather than tell me they couldn't meet spec (and recommend I go to the dealer), they sold me a year's worth of alignment.
