Dear NuAire, I wanted to take this opportunity to offer my compliments on your products (specifically your Biosafety Cabinets and Cell Culture Incubators). Over the last 35 years, I have purchased several of each and they have performed exceptionally well. I am the technical coordinator for the Department of Cell Biology at Emory University School of Medicine and we have a number of NuAire products currently in use. While the products are exceptional, the support that I have received from Jamie Williams and his father J.B. Willaims before him has been above the call of duty. They have never steered me in the wrong direction and have always been a phone call away when I needed something. This level of customer service is almost unheard of in today's market.
