There was an issue with dispatcher????/software used to look up items needed for vehicle. regarding size of rotor is example. There needs to be an update in software regarding trims of vehicles in order for mechanic coming out to have proper equipment needed for fix. What I’m getting at is between 2011 and 2015 genesis coupe, there were three different trims; two different models of the two models that means they’re six Different variation of rotor, tire size as well as rotor size as well as brake caliber type of break… I.e. brembo. All in all service was fantastic and I appreciated the above and beyond that technician went in an effort to accomplish task however it would be economically / financially sound if software was updated to ask trim of the vehicle for clients in an effort to save money for the company as well as finding items needed for each vehicle. This is a long term approach for business stability.
