First off, the technician arrived right on time. Checked if I really needed the work, showed me the rotors and the brake shoes. After I gave him the go ahead, he was finished in no time at all. Extremely courteous guy. Just got back from my test drive, feels like a new car. I would highly recommend NuBrakes to anyone.
