I started going to a therapist that my insurance has arranged, but their staff is soooo unprofessional: 1st it took them one week to put me through to someone, and then after i was not happy with the service (the therapist was sleeping on my session) they kept delaying and delaying the process - to the point that i had to leave them - despite 8 session being paid. Every time i speak to a staff - they are very rude. extremely rude.
