I am super impressed with Nustone, and in particular Jack, who was really helpful and patient as we had a number of back and forth queries. We eventually ordered our slabs with a requirement to be delivered within a few days and although we were promised it would be delivered by the Wednesday the following week, they arrived on Monday! Under-promised and over-delivered! Expectations truly managed. Not only were Nustone efficient, I received my delivery with two broken slabs and their post-sale service was as equally impressive as their pre-sale service. Broken slabs promptly refunded. If, like me you do a lot of research and reviews before buying online, I cannot recommend Nustone enough - should definitely be your first and only port of call. Only go elsewhere if they don’t have your items in stock - that is how highly I recommend Nustone. Well done and keep up the good work!! Oh, the slabs were of great quality and exactly as I wanted as well - bonus ;-D
