Living in a rural part of East Sussex, we do not have access to a standard gas supply so our central heating is oil-fired which, unlike gas users, we have to pay for up front in tank-loads and store beside our premises. Earlier in December we experienced a complete lockout on the Grant Condensing Boiler so we needed to call out an oil-trained operative to diagnose the fault, source a replacement pump, return, fit and reset the combustion levels. Happily, we now have our CH operational and understand that Nutra are training another oil qualified technician to help out with the repair load especially in the winter months. Regards, CW.
