Very quick delivery. Good customer service. Great variety of teas to suit all. I look forward to selecting new ones to try and each tea bag can be reused a second time. I swapped most of my daily intake of decaffeinated tea to these each time i have a hot drink. I particularly like nutracleanse and miss it if I run out. Plus reduced my alcohol intake by having herbal tea instead of a second glass of wine. Although I dont 100% approve of the individual packaging it is handy for taking a selection of bags to work or out to friends and at home , bags and packaging go in my compost /recycle bin so not really a problem.
