Not reliable. Great products, poor service. One thing you can count on when you order from nuts.com is that the delivery date that you are given will be followed up by an email with ‘’sorry your order has been delayed.’’ Of the last four orders I have placed, usually for birthdays or other occasions, I believe three have not shown up on time. Then, when you complain, you get the form email that says we are sorry, ‘’ please wait another three days and see if it shows up “ This company definitely used to be better and more reliable. Not sure what changed about four years ago, but don’t order if you need for a specific date.
