I just placed my first order with them and sadly I did not read these reviews first. I placed an order with the promotional code of 20% off your first order and free shipping on orders of $59 or more. I ordered $62.00 worth of items. At check out I was charged $9.99 is shipping fees. I contacted them and they got back to me quickly stating that the order needed to total $59.00 after the 20% discount was applied to qualify for the free shipping...WHAT???. No where on the site does it say that the total of the order needs to total $50.00 after the discount total. What is the point of offering free shipping if you need to add more items to your cart in order to receive free shipping. It just makes no sense. I will get the items I ordered and it will be my last time ordering.
