I ordered a 7 grain mix to add to bread and it was not a rough grind as the photo showed. When I called the employee only wanted to say it showed in the description it was ground. After several times saying the photo shows a rough grind I asked to speak to a manager. I was then told it would be 24 hrs before I could get a call back. I then asked about returning for a refund and was told there would be a few to discard the item. Terrible customer service!
