After a slight hiccup in NVS getting the stock required, the ordered products were dispatched and arrived in good condition. The customer service, when I called them to enquire about the delay was excellent, but it did take a call from me to establish what the delay was about, rather than the company, off its own bat, advising me of it. I will nevertheless definitely use NVS again.
