Purchased mustela stelatopia from this website once it was great, my second order I ordered 3 tubes as they seem to be helping. I were sent out 1 original cream exactly the same as my first order and 2 tubes that were in different packaging. I called customer who called me back and assured me the cream is the same just the packing has changed due to rebranding by mustela. After opening one of the tubes that were in different it is clear that this is not the same mustela stelatopia as it is a very runny texture almost like a lotion instead of cream and does not seem to be helping the skin like the original mustela stelatopia helped. UPDATE: Emailed the pharmacy who have been fantastic employees went above and beyond helping me source the old formula. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Thank you!!!
