Great to order, easy website but let down terribly by their delivery. They quote 6 days but mine was 9 days znd I missed my wifes birthday. Had to go to Boots snd get an emergency gift, at great expense.
Sorry, I know. You can’t control the post. But you can offer much faster delivery than 6 working days.
Next time I will go to John Lewis snd pay a bit extra. Good old John Lewis.
