The item I ordered took several days before it was dispatched. Royal Mail then managed to take a whole week to deliver it to me, despite it being '48 hr tracked'! However, once I alerted NVS Pharmacy of the delay they were on to it straight away and kept me informed of the situation on a daily basis. I was impressed by this customer service and give my thanks to Mira who was so helpful & polite.
If NVS could just dispatch their goods a little quicker, I'd have given them 5*.
