It took 3 days to establish that the product that I ordered was not in stock 'yet'. I spoke to a member of staff who had poor knowledge of English and could not communicate. I needed to spell out my name even though I gave the invoice number. P romissed to ring back - but no such 'luck' . Rang a third time and was told the product 'just arrived'. I t arrived 3 days later.
