Okay so I got my lip fillers on 5/14/21 by Lisa. I have been informed it is necrosis. New York skin and vein is where I received the botched fillers. On 5/14/21 Lisa obscured a vessel and what has happened after is atrocious. And negligence. I wasn’t informed this was even a possible outcome. The dr peeked in and said it was hematoma. It was not. My vessels were still severely impacted once I got to an actual professional. They have stopped responding since trying to say I had a “cold sore” when blistering appeared. On Monday I went to ny skin and vein after I called to have them see me. They said nothing was wrong I’m healing well. (I did not have small blistering at this time and am not a medical professional so I believed them.) Fast forward im in class and see small blisters appearing. Identical to necrosis blisters. I sent a photo to them. She said it’s probably a cold sore. (I’ve never had a cold sore and at the very least have enough google knowledge to know it’s not.) so completly lost on what todo. I know time has already been wasted. I goto the walk in in hopes someone can point me to the right direction. BY THE GRACE OF GOD, a woman who I’ve never met until now called me and said she saw my photos she works at as a dermatologist ;or dr I don’t even know her title at this point other than she’s an angel. Literally while waiting she said leave the walk in they can’t really help I’ll reopen my office and get you in and start the proper treatment. Until almost midnight last night this women massaged and Injected disolvent. Over and over. Obviously I’m like wow okay thank you. She texted me at 630 this morning saying pretty much get up and get back to the office we’re doing this all morning too. To be aggressive since I lost DAYS OF TISSUE DEATH. by being hopeful new york skin and vein knew what they were talking about. Finally after hours and hours. She refers me to her friend who is a plastic surgeon. He gets me in immediately. He gives me the news I knew but wanted to not know so badly. I’m going to lose tissue in my mouth. I wouldn’t have if New York skin and vein had acted accordingly. And to start the creepiest oxygen chamber treatment in any hopes of bringing some back to life immediately. I am in so much pain(I was not in pain previously because of the amount of blockage). I cannot eat. I cannot drink. Obscured vessels can happen. They are a risk; one that I was unaware of. But New York skin and vein repeatedly did next to NOTHING. saw me gave me some arnica (thank you receptionists💕) and that was all. So fingers crossed I don’t lose large portions of my bottom lip. Be careful. But thank GOD for broome county nurse practitioners because Beth and her pure compassion have saved and will drastically have improved the outcome of this awful situation.
