Why oh why can't there be a decent business mobile phone operater in the UK?
Both O2 and Vodafone are in the Champion's League of appalling customer service. Constant 'you are in a queue' messages and when you can get through, you are either passed from pillar to post or just cut off. I dread having to ever contact them.
