o2 small business service is terrible my bill has extra call charges on it every month . the bill does not explain why so you are forced to phone their so called customer service . this service is based in Mumbai or some other exotic place and after trying to get some sense out of these staff you just give up as all they ever say its a legitimate charge , o2 should be avoided at all cost.
