I contacted 02 today regarding some strange texts I've been sent. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and very patient when I couldn't find the information she needed straight away.
There was an issue on 02's side because they couldn't see my call logs from 2nd February but she said not to be worried about it at all and was very reassuring.
The lady helped me very much and when I asked if I could be transferred elsewhere to resolve an issue with a 3rd party company. She was more than willing to!
