Account closed in November 2023, subsequently O2 listed an amount of £20.00 on credit reference agencies as 'in Default'. I had no idea this had been done as O2 failed to communicate this to me. I await O2 clearing my name but this is proving extremely difficult. Raising a complaint has no effect with an automated reply, followed by another response asking for a mobile number. When speaking to their agents dealing with old accounts (based in South Africa) they say it has been forwarded and to wait. Its been 4 weeks now, how long should I wait?
