Diabolical service over and over again
Updated review:: after the absolutely diabolical service I’ve received after all this time, my order arrived today they had sent the completely wrong thing. Embarrassed to say I had a breakdown on the phone to customer services due to the sheer stress this whole process has caused me. I will never, ever order anything from this company again and strongly advise others to not to either.
Terrible service over and over again.
I placed an order back in November for which I was charged twice (£700+). It took at least 5 lots of 1hr wait times to get through to customer service to be told the refund was never processed. Finally got the refund. My house then burnt down (very stressful) so I phoned OFL to let them know my new temporary address. Unsurprisingly the order turned up at the house that burnt down. Spoke to a very rude woman at customer services who didn’t believe me, told me my order would have to go back to the warehouse and take several weeks to be re-delivered. Spoke to her manager who was much more compassionate and rescheduled it for today. I’ve been waiting all day, waited half an hour at the end of the day to get through to customer services and was told the driver would be here in 20 mins, no phone call, no email and NO delivery. Awful, awful service, some nice customer service reps (some are incredibly rude) but terrible systems and I won’t be ordering from here again, not worth the hassle. I don’t know where my items are or if they will ever get delivered properly. Save yourself the bother and order from a better company.
