I ordered a dining table and chairs on 17th January 2021, the delivery then was 26 weeks which I thought was bad enough but decided I could live with that and was due on 28th July. I received an email one week before delivery was due to say it had been delayed and its now not arriving until November. I'm told its the Wiltshire table that is the problem but how can delivery of a dining table take 10 months, and will it arrive in November?
I also ordered and have received the matching Wiltshire small sideboard so changing the table is not really an option. Its just not good enough to inform customers only one week before delivery because by that time I had got rid of my old dining table and chairs and now have nothing for 4 months, I'm not even confident I'll have a table and chairs for Christmas due to their delivery problems.
I have ordered many items from Oak Furniture Land in the past but will not be buying any more.
