I ordered my furniture in January 2021. I was given a delivery date of 25 June 2021. Here I am in September still without furniture. I had a delivery in August of 3 items. I am still outstanding 4 items. They have just cancelled my delivery on 21/10 because 1 item is still not in stock until at least 29/10. I am told it is not their policy to make a delivery of the 3 items I could have because they have already delivered to me once. So despite the fact my husband has taken a days holiday for next Tuesday(too late to change) and that we haven’t had a table to eat off since June that’s their policy. The website shows a maximum of 20 weeks delivery on all items and 7 days on others. There is now also a sale on. So I now have to pay more for the pleasure of waiting longer. Totally disgusted. Never again!
