The furniture itself is great, but that is the only reason they are getting any stars. Their general organisation, internal systems, customer communication and expectation setting is terrible. When I placed the order (10 different items), it was 12 week lead times, fair enough, during COVID and other disruption, an we pay up front of course. They wait until the week before the order to update us that EVERYTHING was delayed another 8 months. After pushing (and being on hold for over an hour before you get to speak to anyone), it turns out only 3 items were delayed, the rest were sat in the warehouse. They split the order as a 'favour' so we could get that 'early'. that had to be escalated to 2 or 3 supervisors, seems a fairly standard customer service to provide?? Over the next 8 months and regular calling (with the obligatory hour on hold before speaking to anyone - 'exceptional call volumes' ?? No, just hire more staff), I managed to get most the remaining pieces one by one as they came in to stock - no proactive contacting to me. the final item was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks ago, it never arrived and I had no communication to say why. finally rearranged for today... just got a text message at 9am (progress!) saying we're sorry its delayed, call our dedicated hotline... currently on hold....
